Board Meetings

Butterfield residents are able to attend the board meetings if the following prerequisites are met:

1. Give notice to the board two weeks before the scheduled meeting.
2. Plan to come and leave during the first part of the meeting.
3. Limit issue presentation to 15 minutes.
4. Comply with the maximum of one representative per issue.
5. Understand that there is a maximum of three non-agenda issues per board meeting.
