Has anyone brought up the apparent over-watering done on the Northpark median?
Other cities in the IE have had to limit their residents' water usage. I have floated down Northpark (and parts of University) and feel embarrassed and mad.

I agree, many times driving down Northpark, there are water stains on the road from the runoff.

''Dena, we are working on the citizen complaint about the irrigation problems on Northpark . We have some major problems with it at this time due to contruction of new curbing by Development Services. We are working on getting them to make the necessary repairs as soon as possible.''
