Cherry Hill Orchard Homeowners Association (C.H.O.H.A)

Regarding the letter sent out recently:

The letter states that our dues cannot be increased by more than 3% without a 2/3 majority vote.  Is that a 2/3 majority of households in the neighborhood, or a 2/3 majority of the members present at the meeting on 2/22/16?

It is 2/3 of the homeowners.   So, I will in essence have to go door to door this spring/summer and canvas the neighborhood.

I am just looking for ideas and input at the meeting.
