Be alert to unknown person walking around you street; sitting in a vehicle in from of some's home especially if your neighbor is away.  They may be scoping your or your neighbor's home.  Write down the description of the person and a license plate number.

 If at all possible, take a pic of car and license and person(s) BUT use caution & try to do it undetected.

We have alot of walkers, dog walkers and school students who walk around our neighborhood, try to become familiar with people you recognize even if its a simple wave... it will help to identify potential wrong doers.
