Insight switched me to 20.0 service on Monday afternoon. I've experienced better connectivity the last two nights. However, I've already had trouble this evening. I even called them to be sure they actually did switch me to 20.0 and they verified that they did. I'm not convinced the 20.0 is working any better.

For those of you who upgraded: 10.0 is fixed. Last Wednesday night, Insight had two trucks sit outside and monitor the nodes until 11. They did pick up a problem and fixed it. I received a courtsey call to let me know and i had no problems at all after that. So, you can downgrade if you want.

I really like the speed with the 20.0...I might just keep it for a while.

I have also noticed the work that was done and have not experienced any slowest since. I have a tech come out and test the lines.  The results were interesting, saying the a direct cable connection had a speed somewhat greater than 10.0 and showed some 90 people connected to the branch circuit.  On a wireless test, I lost about a quarter of the band speed which is acceptable  since secured wifi codes the data going both ways, slowing things.  But still very happy without any need for paying extra for 20.0.  Don't need it since gaming isn't my interest.
