cambridge Manor liens on property
On Saturday, March 5th,2011 a New HOA board has been elected.
There will be some changes on how liens are placed on Properties.
The Board will exhaust all means of communication with the Homeowners
We will send e-mail,write letters,even having a face to face visit if we are welcome,
before any Liens are applied and sent for collections.The next process would be
GARNISHMENT OF INCOME AND LEVYING OF ASSETS.
This will only apply to those who are one or more years in arrears.
This process is in full effect during the year.
Next year all judgements on delinquents will be process by our
new Lawfirm of GORDON, FELDBAUM & CANTORA (901 525 5744)
