The maintenance committee will present their recommendations to the Board of Directors on December 21st, 2005 regarding on site
maintenance (on-site employee versus contractual) and the board will make it's decision at that meeting. Homeowners will be informed of this decision in the January newsletter.
All homeowners should be expecting a letter and new payment coupons from Executive Condominium Management and Maintenance in December. It will contain information regarding the new management company as well as instructions for the January payment of your monthly fees. Beginning in January payments are to be sent to Executive Condominium Management & Maintenance, NOT Colorado Management.
