Candlelight Neighborhood Association

I'm sure this wont make anything change but am I the only who has a problem with the cars speeding down Afterglow Drive? Not all of us have sidewalks for our kids to play on so some of them have to play in the street by the mail boxes. The speed limit is only 25 through here and I see cars going at least 45 down Afterglow what can we do about this its getting worse everyday. I have called the 3rd street police department to get a Speed thingy to check how fast they are going but as you can see there has nothing been brought out. We need to slow these speeders down before something really bad happens out here to one of our kids playing.
