dave sobleman, i have left a posting for you on the broken ushome playground link and you have not answered. i need you to post the name and contact information for the insurance carrier for the HOA on the common area. im sure they would be very interested to know about the outright neglect to the broken playground which is a huge LIABILITY to them as well as the HOA. i just hope our ins. rates do not increase due to the lackluster competence of the HOA board.

Playground Equipment

The company responsible for the playground equipment has been notified of the necessary repair through our Property Management company.

I have not yet received an update as to when they will be on property.

In the meantime, I have personally put up ''Caution'' tape on the playground equipment.

Are you serious?

Lackluster competence?!? Get a job, get a life, get whatever you have to get. Stop being so critical of the board. Go to the board meeting next time and say these things to the board member's faces. I'll be there. If you can't do that- go back from the hole you came from.

dave, i have now sent you a personal email requesting the insurance carrier information. i would love to go to the next HOA meeting however my career requires me to work nites. i expect our elected officials to act on our behalf NO MATTER how they are contacted or made aware of issues.
