Capital Hill Neighborhood Watch

Yes neighbor's , for those of you concerned and fed up w/ the crack smoking element's in our block. for your information your local neighborhood store , that being zac market and jack's market 300 and 400 blk.'s of e. colfax continue to add to the problem by the sale of crack smoking parafanalia. Maybe if we boycott these store's as well as let them know that we do not approve this they will stop the sale of this kind of junk. I have complained to different agency's to help w/ this but ..... If you know of any willing to make this problem go away hop to it !!!!   let's get this problem solved some how .
