Caracol Creek/Heights Community

Has everyone lost their sense of common courtesy? Does anyone even know what that is? I hate trying to sleep at night when I have to be up at 0430 and someone's hellion children are running and SCREAMING up and down the green belt. Their parents don't notice because their music is SO LOUD that they wouldn't know if their children set off a time bomb. Is there some way we can have our fun, but still respect those of us that have a real job and children that actually have a bed time, curfew and parents that care???? Anyone else feel where I'm coming from? I feel like I'm living in a frat house, but a VERY EXPENSIVE one. I don't care about that park, let's do something about the NOISE!!!!!!!
