Caracol Creek/Heights Community

I live on Diver Point. Children in one of the houses behind me inadvertantly have tossed toys over our fence and then climbed the fence to try to retreive them. We have dogs who might interpret this as intruders. Also, they have broken several of the boards from our fence. I have repaired the fence several times and I currently have 4 boards laying in my yard from this repeated intrusion. What are my options according to the home owners association?

I would try and talk to your neighbors and establish a communication system so that they know their kids can get stuff that might go over the fence. Also I would watch your dogs, I have seen where my dog and my neighbors dogs have pulled down the boards to play with each other or so that they can see each other. I don't know if that is the case there but I would suggest talking to your neighbor.

Fence dismantlers

What you have described is tresspassing and vandelism. You can first try to resolve the issue with the homeowner. If that does not seem like an option or you have already tried that, you can report the situation to the non emergency Sheriff's department number and they will address the issue.
