I currently reside in Caravel Farms in Bear, DE. Every Spring and Fall, a yard sale is scheduled to take place throughout the entire development.
Unfortunately, the last yard sale was scheduled for Mother's Day weekend. We wanted to participate, but had already made alternate plans.
Can yard sales be scheduled on an individual basis, or is there a restriction on this?
