About our association

Purpose:

The mission of this Association shall be to foster and promote the quality of living in Riverside, to assist and represent the members of this Association in all pertinent matters regarding local, state, and federal government; to implement programs for the beautification and improvement of the physical and natural properties in the area; to increase and maintain property values in Riverside, to increase new, commercial ventures in Riverside; and to generate the funds necessary to adequately finance these programs.

Area:
Western boundary is N. Riverside Drive
Northern boundary is Hollis Street
Eastern boundary is N. Beach Street
Southern boundary is Airport Freeway (State Highway 121)

Membership:
There is one membership per household or business. All members are eligible to hold office. Non members are not permitted to vote. Associate membership is available to individuals who work in Riverside and have an interest in its growth and development. Dues: Membership dues are $ 10.00 per household or business. Dues are paid annually during the month of July. Dues are non refundable and are not prorated. Upon initial membership to the Association, a member who pays dues in the last quarter of the new fiscal year is considered to have paid dues for the following fiscal year. There is one vote per membership. The voting entity must be 18 years or older. Non members are not permitted to vote or hold office.
