There's a Dunn Edwards paint store at 5959 E Southern Ave. about 1 mile or so west of Powers. Look in the Community links section and click on ''more''. There's some info on how to get a discount. I'm not the authority but I'd only paint the black box if it needed it. Flag?? I'd be inclinded to buy a new one if needed.
