What ever happened to this being a Spring cleanup event. Seems like this was changed to make a few people happy. The neighbors I have talked to around my house wonder the same. Then alot of us are on vacation in July and August. The whole idea was to spruce up around your house before Summer. Not after. Most of us just end up going to the dump. At least it works for some.
Maybe it's time to get it back to a SPRING NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP!
