Casitas at Park Centre

I am curious what if anything is being done to correct the pigeon problem. It is absolutely disgusting, gone beyond a nuisance to an absolute problem, and a danger to our health. The spikes, netting and fake owls are obviously not a detterant, I see the pigeons perching on the fake owls, I cannot enjoy my home because I have no use of any outdoor areas, not to mention flies are now entering my home because of the mounds of pigeon feces around. What is going to be done about this? Anything? Does anyone share these feeling as well?

The problem with the pigeons have been addressed several times by previous Boards. There are several reasons for the problem, building design being only one.
Since you have shared your concern here, I would ask that you contact the management company and inform them of your concern and explain your location so that it can be looked into.
The problem is being looked into and several options are being considered. For now, the problem is being handled on a case by case basis.
Perhaps, you have some ideas on a solution? If so, pass them onto the management company.
