Centennial (Hills) and Heathrow, corner. This dog is so bad. Barking and howling, as long as he is outside. Anyone else out there? These homes, and all the homes I see in Casper, are so close to each other. Why, when there is so much space, did houses get built right on top of each other, I cannot fathom. I live accross the street and hear this poor dog sometimes several times a day, for 10 minutes to over an hour. Sometimes at 7:30 in the morning for 1/2 hour. It sucks. Let him in, he does not want to be outside!!! Bark bark bark howl howl howl. Over and over. This dog is miserable, and I will go outside and say, Shut Up, but he does not stop. He has a problem. I had a bad dog like him, and I lived in upscale development, and I did not let my dog stay in the yard by himself, EVER! Just took him out, and when he was done, he went back inside. Never would I have let him go off like these terrible neighbors do. I have read that animal control pits neighbor against neighbor: they make you go and knock on doors of people who live closer. You have to be within 200 feet of the dog. I will have to investigate the HOA laws. Sunday he was outside many times, for an hour each time. It is awful.

This dog is now gone. The HOA must have taken care of it. It is a lovely, quiet and repectful neighborhood, and I am pleased that this was taken care of so painlessly! Now it is just beautiful.
