Fees

The monthly fee at the Castle is $220.00 starting with January of 2007. This includes all utilities and building maintenance. Residents are responsible for personal electric.

The fee is due on the first of each month. Payments received after the tenth will result in a $22.00 late fee assessed to your account.

Copies of Bi-Laws

Copies of the condominium Bi-Laws is available from Kentucky Realty at a cost of $25.00 per copy.

About our association

Block Watch

The Castle condominiums has its own Neighborhood Watch.

In case of emergency call 911!

For non-emergencies contact our District Resource Officer. We are in the 5th Division, Beat #1

Prohibited in Common Areas

Personal items are prohibited in common areas. This includes the Court Yard and all exterior walls.

Additionally, barbeque grills aren't allowed on Castle property. This is primarily a fire safety issue.

Any personal items left in common areas will be removed.

Clean Up After Your Pets

The Castle has placed a pet clean up station at the rear of the complex. Please utilize this station to help us provide a celan and safe environment.

Also remember, pets are not to relieve themselves in the courtyard at any time.
