Castlegate Community

I noticed as I left this morning that there is still standing water a week later in the common/greenbelt area on Schnepf between Rousay? and Castlegate Boulevard entrances.

I know last year the mosquitos where awful and going to the mailbox was like fighting for your life. Is there anything that can be done to either regrade that area with fill or get a well pump or a drain to get that water out of there quicker.

The mosquitos are not far away given our recent warm up and some areas in Maricopa County have already been fogged, but anything we can do to get the water away will definitely help.

Drainage

Sigh........This is still a work in progress. Kachina is working with the builders on this isssue. The builders have already modified some of the dry wells. This was an issue from day one and they are supposed to fix them all. Kachina has not dropped the ball on this one. Our landscapers also pump the water out if it sits too long.
