Pinal County Roads

I think that reconstruction of Ocotillo is at the top of my list and my cars would be most appreciative as well.

Schnepf needs to be restripped BAD!

I would also appreciate somehow keeping all those rocks from piling up in the intersections at Schnepf/Ocotillo and Kenworthy.

I think in general our roads are neglected and poorly maintained and the cement trucks and construction traffic doesn't help matters.

West bound Ocotillo between Coyote and Rattlesnake is the worst. People(including trucks) are going way over into the oncoming lanes to get around it. It's just a matter of time before there is a serious accident there.

Pinal County Roads

Mike,
You want info, I would check out the spread ''Ocotillo Road''. A lot of complaints there.

Here is the main issues I have. The county is spending way to much time in surveying these roads and fighting over who should pay for repairs to the bridge. Ocotillo sucks! We all know that, it is just a matter of time before someone gets creamed out there. I pray it does not happen. There are major safety concerns! There is only one way out of this development. If a major problem happens and we need to bug out there is going to be problems. The bridge needs to be fixed, Ocotillo needs to be fixed and widened. There needs to be more outlet roads for us to get to where we need to be going. The county allows more homes to be built with out forcing the infrastructure issues we are now dealing with.

But none of these things are going to change unless we get other developements involved and complaining to the county. Has the board talked to any other HOA's in the area? Just a thought.
