Hello all, We have just purchased a home in castlegate and was wondering what services are provided there like

Water (Multiple companies?)

Electric, I'm assuming SRP?

Cable/Sat   (Cox,Cable America ect..)

Phone service both Cell and land (Quest,cox,..ect) Cell phone coverage?

Gas company?

Any information on basic amenity providers would help a ton.

Water= H2O, Inc.

Electric= SRP

Cable= Cox, Cable America, MediaCom

Satellite= Dish Network, DirecTV

Home phone= Quest, Vonage

Cell= whoever you want (my husband has Alltel and it works well here)

Gas= sorry we don't have gas I cannot answer this

Sewer= Johnson Utilities

Recommendation on pest control is Chandler Pest Control, Dawn and Tom at 480-888-2772, local couple owned and operated company and very good with reasonable rates and no contract.

You should have received all of this in your closing paperwork so make sure to take a look at that as well as it may have stuff not mentioned.  And welcome!

Thanks for the information it gives me a great head start, I have not yet actually signed the closeing paperwork not untill the 15th but I will be sure to look for it.
