Castlegate Community

I was told today by Julie at Kachina our property manager now is Richard Curtis. richard@kachinamanagement.com . What the heck happends?? Do they quit, get fired, layed off or what???    This would be 4 since our last meeting.

Well I know this has been said before, but here it goes again.  I ask everyone to show up for the next HOA board meeting.  At that meeting I will ask for a new management company to be found and replace the current one.  I personally do not feel we are getting what we are paying for, how could you with the changes in people they are hacing.   Heck give me the $100,000 + a year we are paying them for collecting HOA dues, pay the water, garbage. sewer etc. bills and every 3 months make a drive by to see if the common areas are still growing.  I will quit my job right now.  I am sure I will get a few reply's on how they do more than just pay bills.  I say "Show Me".  I pay my dues, ahead of time matter of fact, show me how this management company is earning over $100,000.00 a year.
