Well, to answer that question, I don't know how many have submitted, but any that would cross my desk would be approved. I don't see any reason to restrict the posting of a "For Sale" sign if you are trying to sell your house.

It has been brought to my attention by another board member that according to ARS, CC&R's cannot ban the posting of political signs within a 45 day window prior to an election. So, as soon as our new management company takes over, they will be ammending the CC&R's to reflect this....that way we "the association" (that means you, me, and our neighbors) will not be in violation of state law. |
