Ok well I have been waiting for the finacials to show up on the webpage here, and since they have not I deceided to call Oasis to find out there location so that I may travle to them and have copies made. After being transferred 3 times I finally ended up talking to Mary, who told me that the financials were posted here at this website. I explained "no they were not there as of last night". Mary stated that she would look into this as she does not go to this website very often and see what was going on and that she would call me back. Mary did call me back (around 9:45am) and stated that she could e-mail me Oct. financials as they are the last one from Katchina's and that Oasis was waiting on the HOA Board on Nov. and Dec. financials. Not sure what they are waiting for ? Approval ? Coming home early I checked my e-mail for Oct. financials, NOTHING. I called Oasis (this is 4:10pm) Nope no Mary and No one else there at the office, only someone answering phones. Sounds to me like we have ourselves a GREAT managment company AGAIN ... NOT. Funny thing about this, is Mary really did not seem like she wanted me to come down to there office. If you notice there is no physical address that I can find anywhere. So if anyone does have the physical address, please post it on here. Also I believe there is a State or Federal law stating the financials must be availible to any homeowner within xx amount of calandar days after the month ends.
I have spoke to another Management company and they told me it is almost unheard of using a printer to print out ballots and notices, everyone that they know of always send these out to a printer. Yup it probably would cost more for that Managment company, but at least they will not come back to the HOA and say "nope can't have the meeting because the printer broke and the notices never got sent out".
