It was canceled again. This time because there were not enough board members present. We were told that 4 out of the 7 needed to be present. 3 have resigned and ONE was absent. What a MESS.

Unfortunately the one had to work, happens when one doesn't have a "9 to 5" type job.  Unfortunately sometimes life gets in the way.  Sorry to hear.  Hope you found out before you made the trip down there
