I'm curious, how much it is going to cost us to kick out the HOA president and vice president? Could they not have just waited until November and voted them out? I missed last nights meeting, what happened?

Really wish you could have been there.  Great turn out compaired to other months.  Would still have liked to see more there, but the mailings really seemed to help.  As for the cost, looks like plenty.  Brett is thinking of having all the signatures on the Petition verified using an Attorney $$, after that is done there is the cost of the mailings $$ then I am sure Brett will want to have the signatures on the ballots verified by an Attorney $$  The president was not at the meeting also, hmmm line 3 on the petition "Non-attendance of HOA meetings".  I am guessing there will be $$$$ spent on this, all because they will not resign.  I am not alone out there, 150 people signed the petition.  I only had 4 home owners that did not want to sign but do more research on the issues. 

As for waiting until November, can I ask you this - if you owned a business and hired a person under a 8 month contract to work for you, but this person only showed up to work 1/2 the time, did what they wanted to when they showed up for work without telling you, provided you only some of the information you required and pretty much didn't do the job you wanted them to.  Would you wait until his 8 months were up? Or would you remove them ?

We could of got rid of them last November but since we didn't have a annual meeting we now have to wait till next November. For what I saw last night out of our VP I would say his time is way over due.

Interesting,  my neighbor who attended said there were people going both ways on this. There better not be any special assesments on this!

The neighbor that went also said someone was really taking swipes at the vp outside the meeting, like calling him power hungry and such! I really missed a good one!
