Weeds
Hi me again;
The board is about to hire a company that would take care of the weeds throughout the Castlegate Community at no cast to Castlegate at all.
The way it works the Management Co. (OAIS) would submit a list of homes that need the work and the company will go out and clean up each house at the cost of the owner or bank, that's front and back of house if needed. The board is expected to vote on this proposal this month July 29 at the school. You should received a card in the mail of exactly where and when.
Park Vehicles
The board and Oasis Management Co. have contacted the Sherriff's office, the response is if the officer see a vehicle illegally parked it would get a ticket at posted areas. The more calls the Sherrif's office gets about this Community the more police cars will be sent to this area. The vehicles left in the street for a long period get the license # contact the Sherriff's office it may have old tags or no plates to be towed just let them know.
About 3-4 months ago a 911 call came into to call center for Castlegate , when the emergency vehicles arrived at the street they were not able to pass because of two vehicles on each side of the street were parked, they both received tickets.
The EMT'S went in on foot.
I applaud you and your family for keeping up your property I wish everyone in the community would also, and take a little responsibility towards the community.
