Just curious if anyone was charged Late Fees incorrectly as we were? We have been paying quarterly ever since we moved in here. we increased the qaurterly payment to $140.40 as per the increase. the payments are received on the 26th of the month before the quarter ended, but yet on the 16th....before the payment was due.....we have been charged a Late Fee. We have contacted Oasis and can't wait to hear their reply to this one. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

I was showing 3 months late fees on the Oasis web site. I e-mailed them and asked why. I was told it was a computer glitch. It has been corrected. |

I wonder if anyone has paid any late fees because of this "computer glitch"? It sounds like they haven't fixed it yet. I don't like the late fees showing on our account when we are not late.
