Phil, our secretary, drafts the minutes and then emails them to all of the other board members for anything that he may have missed. Then they are forwarded on to Oasis and get posted on the "mycastlegatehome" website. Phil is still working on the minutes from November, as soon as he finishes them, we'll get them posted. |
