Unfortunately, as of 1/24, there seems to be a lot of graffiti on the playground at Simonton and Shapinsay. I for one will be keeping an eye out for the perpetrators and will be calling PSO directly if I so much as see a group hanging out there late at night! Is this something that has been recurring for very long? |
