Castlegate Community

Hi, I'm looking to see if anyone knows of any rentals in the Castlegate Community? We are a large family relocating from MD and we have friends that just moved into the community on East Rousay Dr (?). Since we don't know anyone else but them, I was hoping that maybe we could get the best information about rentals in the area. We are looking for at least a 3 bedroom, preferably 4-5 bdrms.

We have a home for rent in Castlegate.  It's 1622 square feet, 1 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath.  Post your email address here, and I can email you more details.  Either way, good luck finding a house.  Castlegate is a wonderful neighborhood.  We really miss our neighbors there!

We have a home for rent in Castlegate on Shapinsay Dr. It is almost 2800 square feet, 4 beds and a den downstairs that could be used as a 5th, 2.5 baths, formal living/dining room, family room, and loft. All the bedrooms are located upstairs along with the laundry room - which is a big plus, tons of storage, lots of upgrades, and the house is on a corner lot with landscaped front and back yard.  Castlegate is a great community and family oriented neighborhood. It has lots of parks and green belts and even an elementary school located in the community. We really enjoyed living there but had to relocate because of a new job.We would be happy to email you any pictures of the home or more information that you need.
