I think it is actually Rousay st. I had a group of about 4-5 kids mainly on boy about 13-15 years old blocking the street as I tried to pull on to my street It got to the point where he finally got out of the road and I politly told him. If someone runs you over its gonna hurt you alot more than its gonna hurt there car. And he looked up at me kind of shocked. I told them to go hang out in front of there house and he didnt say anything back. This is the first time I have had to deal with these kids and have never seen them around. I know its spring break and kids are out roaming the streets during the day more than usual.

No.. I live on Shapinsay.. and it was at the end on my street.. im sure they move around the Neighborhood though.. so I wouldnt be surprised to find them elsewhere as well.. im sure when the get confronted they move on.. I havent seem them on my street in a while (I probably just jinxed myself)

I know I am responding late.  I haven't been on here for awhile.  I live on Whitehall Dr and have to enter on Shapinsay.  I see them every once in a while and I just smile at them as they take their time to move.  Seems like they don't know what to think about kindness when I do that to them.  I think they wonder if I know them or their family and then they move.  Any how, if they continously give you trouble, people remember most phones have a camera and/or video.  Use it and then give that to the PCSO so if they are ever caught, there is proof.

I live on Shapinsay also and have seen them, I haven't had any issues but it bothers me there's bullying at the park. Who is the PCSO and what is there number so I can take action as well if I see a problem?
