I moved here in 2004 when we built in a nice quiet peacefull neighborhood...Any one else miss those times?

WOW..times sure have changed. I have kids running wild, no parents around. They don't move for cars. Then when I do see the parents the "F" word is flowing from there mouths like a normal everyday conversation. Every day my husband and I have to ask something of our neighbors, whether its to quiet down at 1AM or for there kids to stop pounding on the side of my house with there dart guns OR to stop shooting our garage with there air soft guns..REALLY??? What on earth happened to Castlegate? These people have no respect nor enough respect to teach there children. We gave the neighbors a warning this past weekend that we will just call the police from now on. I read the previous post and thank you for the tip of my cell phone recorder. I will for sure be using it! Today I stepped out of my garage to hear the neighbors cursing and screaming all kinds of things. This happens everyday and now I will record so when the police do show up and they have scrambled back in, I have proof! To all my fellow neighbors who do have respect for there street and house, can you please move over by me

Ah... If it were only that easy to just pick up the house and transplant it. I myself am getting to the point of overload. I have so many kids (that isnt my problem) ages range from like 2yrs to 9 maybe. The problem is the parents allow them to play in the street like its their own private play area. There is RARELY an adult watching these children. Unfortunatley one day there will be a terrible accident and the parent of course will have some poor excuse as to why its not thier fault, then quickly hire an attorney to sue the driver. I do not understand the thought process most of the parents I see in this area. Its almost as if they expect YOU to be watching their children!

I can only hope for the best and no child gets hurt because obviously many of these parents lack the skills to raise children!!

Also whats with the dogs! There is not a week goes by that I dont have a cute dog that obviously got out of someone's back yard and gets on my proprerty and is driving mine crazy. Every week or its a different dog.  Thrre weeks ago a little white dog, last weekend I thnk a mini pinser with blue collar, the week before two little foo foo dogs. It sad that people do not take care of their pets.

Sadly it's not like it used to be.

I think people that lose their homes just dump the dogs off out here. There have been 2 people attacked by pit bulls in the last few weeks.
