There are a couple of teenage boys that ride non-street legal dirt bikes in the vicinity of Cape Wrath Drive, Rousay, and Shapinsay Dr.
They ride at high rates of speed, and drive very recklessly - Anyone know where they live - I'd love to include their address with the police report that I am going to file.

I drove by and saw the motorbikes in question - Their address is 40000 Cape Wrath Drive - I appreciate all the information, neighbors! I'm going to file a report with PCSO. I've also got some pretty nice close-ups with my digital camera of them buzzing around. |
