Pre Meeting - Tenative Date/Time

Pete, I think it is a good idea. But, I agree with Connie, it would be a good idea to get the word out to all the home owners. Only 4 people have replied. If the date was change to sometime after the week-end (Feb 18-22). My Neighbor and I will make up a flyer and distrbute one to each house in Orchard Hills to ensure everyone has an opportunity to attend. Also, the nominees will be known after the 14th. Just a thought!

Read your note in regards to a meeting on 2/13 but I was out of state.  Did you have the meeting, and if so what were the results? Thanks Camille
