Hey Will, the down spout finally fell to the ground. That house is another unchecked renter in the neighorhood. We need a ammendment for the board to force homeowners to go through a property management company when owners want to rent their homes. The 3rd party will check and make sure that rules are applied to both owner and renter. It will also make sure that our homes will maintain value by not allowing the neighborhood to fall into more disrepair.
