Comunity of Cedar Lakes

The Cedar Lakes HOA located in Fairfax, Virginia was started in 1996 and is divided into two groups, East and West, where the dividing line is Zouave Lane. All members living from Zouave Lane in the direction of West Ox Road pay higher dues but have access to a large pool, a clubhouse, and exercise equipment. The members living from Zouave Lane in the direction of Monument Drive pay less dues but only have access to a small swimming pool. Both East and West sides have their own tennis courts.

HOA board meetings

The monthly board meetings are normally held the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Armstrong office.  There is no Board meeting scheduled for September 2009.

Trash Removal

Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays

Recycling is collected on Thursdays only

Trash cans are to be removed from sight by the end of day for each trash day. They are permitted to be placed out the night prior to trash collection day. If trash cans are not utilised, trash bags should be double bagged.
