Cedar Springs Subdivision History

Cedar Springs subdivision was started in the early 1990's from my best estimation. This subdivision was built in three phases starting on Cedar Springs Drive for phase 1 and then on Bent Creek for phase 2 and Bentley Place for phase 3. Cedar Springs Subdivision was devoloped by Alan King and the primary builder was George Steele until the late 1990's when other builders came in to finish off this subdivision.

Cedar Springs subdivision does not have a homeowner's association. This makes it difficult for the homeowners to have a voice in our community. This neighborhood link is an opportunity to open lines of communication among the homeowners of Cedar Springs. Please join in helping build this neighborhood link for our community. We need a neighborhood contact person and a few people willing to write newsletters and post updated information to share vital information to our neighbors. We have a discussion forum on this link to voice concerns, needs, and information for our neighborhood. You can post your family personal homepage with pictures and listings of your occupation or hobbies. In the future we should be able to add community pages for other information to share in our community like kids available for babysitting, pet watch, and lawncare.
