IREA - Board response

Deposits

Although this has nothing to do with IREA I want it stated that we are very happy with our Village home. We had our home inspected by a professional and there were only minor problems needing to be fixed. The house according to our inspector is well built and structurely sound. John Halk has always been there to answer our questions and to get things done.
To the person who is thinking about getting their deposit back....reconsider. We are not the only pleased homeowners......

I am also a pleased homeowner and Greenfield is a wonderful place to raise a family. That is why we need to fight this substation. We need our HOA and Village on our side. Let them know we need their help.

Board Response? How about action

Annette,
Your info on this site is all well and good, however you mention NOTHING about what the Board is doing to fight this for our community. It is the board's duty to do so. And in Village Home's best interest...unless the previous remarks are correct and Village does have some type of vested interest in the substation. Did anyone on the board stop to think that an electrical substation in our beautiful community would be detremental? Let alone next to a new school where children walk to each day? Honestly, I tend to agree with some of the other remarks...just where do the Board's interest lie?

IREA

We need to know more about this proposed substation and we need it now!A meeting in June is all well and good but by that time this thing could be a done deal with no legal recourse. Let us all know who to contact regarding this and what can and should be done, if you lived here it would surely be of some urgency to you too.
