I'm sorry, but this makes no sense to me. We pay an HOA fee, a high one I might add, and what do we get for it? Is it too much to ask that someone monitor the neighborhood, even if once a month to control these violations. It is much more difficult to stop things once they are in motion. I see responses on here from our Village Ambassador, offering suggestions, which is great. How about more action from all parties? I think we deserve more from our HOA, and the other committees, the board, etc.

HOA info

The HOA has had assistance with violations. Community members have volunteered their time to monitor the neighborhood. It does not seem the HOA follows up, nor does it enforce the fines that are supposed to go with non-compliance. The board doesn't help much either. Why should they bother with a Village employee as president? Nobody cares.

HOA

I think many people do indeed care but are afraid of offending their neighbors so they let things go. We can not do this everyone needs to submit violations to the board. You do not have to give your name. We need to police ourselves if we want Greenfield to stay a great place to live. I care!!!
Correction

Correction. You DO have to give your name when submitting a potential violation to the management company. They do not accept anonymous complaints.
