Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association

Hi,

I wonder if we can get this board to be as active as the Historic Kenwood one is. I think it's a great idea to share information here.

I am strongly considering moving to this neighborhood because I like the house I found very much, I like the diversity, but I also hope that I'm making a good investment. I see on the tbo.com crime tracker site that there is plenty of crime in the neighborhood.

How would you rate this area as far as safety of person and property?
