Our management company has contacted Kwal paint and provided them with color samples from when Centex originally built our neighborhood. They have prepared a binder with all the colors that the ''ARC'' has approved. I have a copy and Kwal should also have a copy. If you are planning on doing any exterior painting this summer, please submit an ARC form and choose a color which has been approved.
