Channin Is a community of 195 individual family homes in North Wilmington's area known as Brandywine Hundred. Located just north of Naamans Road (Route 92) near Concord High School.

Five new Board Members have been elected to the Channin Civic Association. They bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and a boat load of great ideas to better our community.
It is vital to this neighborhood that an active and responsive board be in place. A board that is always available and acts in the best interest of this community.
Please discuss any issues, concerns or ideas with any member... no issue is too small. Channin has the attention of many county officials and an excellent network is currently in place. Now is the time to resolve and build for the better of this wonderful community.
