Is anyone having a problem with WPM.After the inspections in the fall they asked for some repairs& improvements.I thought I had complied.Now 6 months later I get a letter imposing a $50 fin plus $10 a day for each day conditions are met,but not specifying what the conditions are,or what specifications need to be met to satisfy them.I wonder if the architectural review committee still exists.Sounds like these people are running everything.
