Membership
Anyone living in Chapparal is a member of the Homeowner's Association. Dues are yearly. Our meetings are the 2nd Monday of each month at Creekside Elementary at 7 p.m.. Board members are elected each February.
Chapparal Metro Water District
The Chapparal Metropolitan Water District governs our water distribution and common areas such as the swimming pool, tennis courts, and entrances. They meet the second Thursday of each month at the RS Wells office 6399 S. Fiddlers Green Cr. The Board consists of five elected Chapparal residents. Architectural Control Committee
Chapparal is a covenant controlled community. Residents need to contact the ACC before making improvements to their property. Contact Phil Bucher, ACC Chair, to receive approval for your projects.
