Your participation in the preparation of the local Fiscal Year 2003 Consolidated Action Plan is requested. This annual document is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal assistance that addresses housing, economic development, and community development issues. Your participation will assist the City in developing a plan to ensure that the federal funds will be used to assist low and moderate-income persons.
