Back up what you say

I challenge you to bring forth any specifics that would back up your claim that the boards focus is off. I for one am not off focus and for you to hide behind your anonymous signature reflect your lack of confidence behind your misguided accusations. Yet, due to your lack of knowledge of current affairs and participation within your own community you choose to attach the very few who are trying to make a difference in McIntyre. So before you choose again, to hide behind your nameless statements, step forward and get involved. I do not have the time nor patience for individuals who take nameless jabs at the board. By all means if this bothers you, I will gladly step down from the board to make room just for you or anyone else.

As for all the for sale signs in your neighbors yards, maybe, just maybe, these are some of your neighbors that make up the past due HOA dues totaling almost $38.000.00 at one time. To date they remain in excess of $20.000.00. Another thought is that they may live next to someone that doesn?’t have the common courtesy to maintain their property in a decent fashion.

More about trash cans

Ok what annoys me is people who totally ingnore the notes, my next door neighbor (renting) has left thier trash can in the drive way, in the middle of the sidwalk and never puts it up mine alwasy ends up in my garage (part of the reason we have garages.... these inconsidereate peopel actully used my driveway when they had a party one time and I could get my car in my own garge HELLO I pay a mortgage... please be considerate of other people who live in this sub division and keep up after yourselves!

I am SO glad I am out of the community. I only stopped in to show someone who was condsidering buying one of the MANY houses for sale in there just how charming the neighbors are - thanks for proving my point for me
