Hello I am the President of our HOA as your president we as a board has seen a lot of violations that needs to be corrected or should not have ever happened. I will be the first to say that we are working backwards to move forward on everything that has happen in our neighborhood.

Now it's time that you take responsibility and ownership for any violations that you as a homeowner has not correctly followed.

As a goodwill gesture those homeowners who has added patio's, fences, sheds or made any changes to the exterior of your home and you did not submitt an application for approval we will give you this opportunity to go back an submitt an application and pay the $35 fee. This is only good for two weeks from this date 7-13-07.

We are very aware who has made changes to their homes without approval and this is a way for you to get this corrected without receiving a fine.

Please read your covenants rules and regulation that you received at your closing and if for some reason you can not find them go to the AMS.com website and make a copy. username: harwood1 p/w 1139.
