Hello Homeowners,

I wanted to inform everyone about the construction that is currently going on in the community. Davis Construction has been hired by Beazer to correct the cracked sidewalk issues that has plagued our community over the past few years.

The builder has to correct these issues in order for our streets to be turned over to the City of Charlotte.

Any lawns that have been effected will be restored, in addition seed and straw will be placed in those areas.

This project is expected to be completed no later than the end of the week. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to answer your questions.
